What's one of your favorite quotes?
Submitted by Georgie-boy.
Oh man. I have soooo many favorite quotes. It's hard to choose. But I'll try.
This one I already posted but I still think it's amazing...
"It's sad when people you know become people you knew. When you can walk right past someone like they were never a big part of your life. How you used to be able to talk for hours. And how now, you can barely even look at them"
And I like...
"Anyone can give up---it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart. THAT is true strength."
And of course...
"The generation that the world cannot change will be the generation that will change the world."
OK. As of right now ... those are my favorite.

Who was your first celebrity crush?
Submitted by Glory.
JONATHAN TAYLOR THOMAS.
He was amazing.
I wrote him a letter once. We were going to get married. =].
Time will tell....
Write whatever you've always wanted to tell ten [people] in your life...but don't put down names...If they want to know who you're writing about...and are curious enough...they will ask you.
Wow. This is kind of interesting. It's cool that you get to say pretty much anything you want to and no one will know who you are talking about... unless they REALLY know you and how you think.. Good luck. =]
1. You are my strength. My sanity. The greatest. I never deserved a friend like you, and I knew that. But I'm thankful and thank God everyday that someone as wonderful as you was placed in my life. You will never know how much you have changed my life. I just hope that I can be half the best friend to you... like you have been to me.
2. We were unseparable for so long. Nothing could tear us apart. Situations. People. Drama. Nothing. Until now. Everything has changed and we are 2 very different people with different views...morals...dreams...everything. Everything that I ever thought you were... has totally altered. You become someone so different so quickly. I'm sorry for everything that has happened but just know that I love you and I only want the best for you.
3. Sometimes I wonder how we even became friends. We are so different. But that's what I love about you. You are never scared to tell me what's what. Or speak the truth in the only way you know how... bluntly. Just know that I appreciate you more than you know and I'm always here for you.
4. You don't get me. You never will. I'm ok with that. You have said so many hurtful things that I can't even begin to believe you even did. I thought the world of you and now it's a total shock if we say 2 words to each other. Thanks though. For changing my perspective on everything. Just know that just because someone doesn't do things the way you think they should doesn't mean they are any less of a person. Watch me become all that God has called me to be. Mhmm.
5. I don't really know you as well as I want to know you. But I look up to you in so many ways. Your sense of humor, your wisdom, and just simply you being who you have been called to be.. is pure greatness. You are changing the world and I'm blessed to even get the chance to say.. "I know him". Oh and maybe.. if you are lucky.. a movie will be returned to you.
6. You. What to say. Let's see. You are amazing. And I am blessed to have you in my life. No matter how many times I've pushed so hard to get you out of my life. You remained a constant. And you will never know how much that meant to me. No matter how bad I messed things up, you were always there when I called...ready to help me in whatever way you could. You are a true friend. A friend that people search the whole world over looking for.. I'm blessed.
7. Things changed pretty quick between us. I don't know why it mattered so much to me but for some reason I felt like I needed you as a friend..only to find out in the end.. it didn't matter as much to you. I understand though. Things change.. Not because someone did something wrong but simply because they had to. Good luck. In everything. You are amazing. And you are changing the world around you. Don't give up simply because of a struggle. God has already won this war.
8. People look at your life and wonder what went wrong, wonder how you could give up everything you even worked for, and how things turned out the way they did. But I get you. I get why you do the things that you do. I understand why you had to make the choices that you did. Even though you had to learn many things the hard way.. you are better because of it. You are greatness that has a calling on your life that is so much bigger than you ever thought it was. Your generation awaits you. World changer.
9. We were so close. But through choices and different events we have drifted but I know it's not permanent. It better not be anyways! Because I need you in my life. You are amazing. And your talents surpass anything I've even seen. You will always be one of the people I brag about to people that don't know you. Because if they did...they would be better because of it.
10. Oceans away. You still feel my heart beat. Every struggle. Every hurt. Every victory. You know it all. You know me inside and out. The darkest moments to the moments where I've never been so happy. You've been there through it all. God's fingerprints are all over this relationship and just know that no matter where we go or where the roads of our lives take us.... I'm your biggest fan.
=] Well that was fun.
A quote that I read just the other day....
"It's sad when people you know become people you knew. When you can walk right past someone like they were never a big part of your life. How you used to be able to talk for hours. And how now, you can barely even look at them"
For some reason, at this point in my life this statement has never rang so true. Lately it seems that the people that I always counted on and leaned on ... are gone. Gone to other things.. other relationships.. other plans.. other interests.. Gone. For a while it felt like my world was falling apart and that I really had nothing left to hold it together. Then... of course... I realized something. That things in our lives that can be shaken... will be shaken. For the most part though I realized that the foundations of those relationships were built on things that would easily be destroyed. As much as it breaks my heart to know that some things will never go back to what they used to be with these people, I'm also happy to know that the things that weren't set in stone in my life are slowly slipping away... only to make me a better person in the long run. When I read this quote.. it hit me so hard. So many times in life things happen not because someone did something or said something wrong... but simply because it was time for it to happen... time for things to shift a little... time for a change. To be perfectly honest, I'm not a big fan of change. I dislike it quite a bit actually. I like to be secure in things. To know that it is okay to pour out my heart to someone and know that they will be there forever and never leave. But changes in my life seem to shake things like that up a bit quite frequently so I've come to really dislike changes. However, I know that changes are good and that when things become comfortable is when we stop stepping out in faith but at the same time... c'mon... I could definately live with a few less changes. Some friends have come... and some friends have gone... but I know that everything has happened for a reason and I know that everyone that has been placed in my life or taken out of my life was done for a strategic purpose and I'm grateful for that. I have the greatest friends in the world. The ones that I know were placed in my life because they have power in them. They will change the world around them and they will never give up until they do. Those are the people I want in my life. Revolutionaries.

..you hit your alarm clock snooze button to get just a few more minutes before you roll out of bed... he's been up for hours keeping you safe while you sleep.
...many are backing out and saying that everything that is happening is wrong.. he knew what he was signing up for and goes to war..fear in his eyes..but no complaints.
...his best friends say they will be waiting for him when he returns home...he worries about whether or not he will fulfill his promise to even come home.
...you complain about how tough things are and always fight with your parents.. he hasn't seen or talked to his parents in months.
...you watch the news saying that this war is ridulous and that we need to get those troops out of there...familes avoid the TV at all costs..fearing that one of those soldiers killed will be there own.
...people protest and make their opinions known..for some people the stakes are a little bit higher but he knows the costs of being a Marine.
...we talk about our dream cars and always want bigger and better things..he climbs into the tank and heads to the front lines and will be grateful when he climbs back into the tank at the end of the day.
...we hold grudges and get in silly fights with our friends..he counts on his fellow soldiers and knows without a doubt that they have his back..it is all or nothing.
...he stands a little straighter at the sight of the American Flag and the words of the National Anthem ring deep inside of who he is.
...many say "Bush was wrong in sending those troops over seas.. my brother says. "this world isn't going to defend itself and we will leave Iraq when our job is done."
...some people idolize Hollywood stars and some super heroes wear capes and save the world...my hero saves the world wearing combat boots.

What are your Superbowl plans? What's your prediction and why?
Submitted by danatmedog.

I'm hoping that the Colts will take it to the top. =]
Attaboy Peyton.
It's game time.....
Oh... And I don't have any Superbowl plans.
I work.
12-6 so I will be just hearing about it from other people. But it's all good.

So I got tagged and it says that I have to write [6] things that people don't know about me. This is going to be hard being that there isn't a lot of things people don't know so I'm going to try my best.
[1.] Before I die I want to write at least one children's book.
[2.] I love volleyball. A lot. I'm taking it as a class so pretty much my parents are paying for me to play volleyball.
[3.] I've broken 2 bones plus some ribs, been hit by a car...twice, got jumped by some crazy chicks, messed up my hip right before graduation and almost couldn't walk, pinched a nerve in my side and almost had my spleen burst, got shot right below the eye with a firework gone wrong on the 4th of July that left a huge burn mark on my face, and sliced my arm open with a box cutter and lost a lot more blood then one would hope someone would. And just so you know.. the last 4 things and one of the car hits has happened in the last 6 months. Crazy.
[4.] When I shower at night I usually get up around 2 am to blow dry my hair.
[5.] I'm on a reading spree. I've bought 6 books in the last week and 1/2 and I've finished 2 of them so far.
[6.] I have extremely strong views on issues such as...abortion. gay marriage. pornography. war. etc. But people rarely hear me talking about them unless asked because it becomes a very heated discussion.

That's pretty much all I can think of RIGHT now. But you know there are probably more.. Mhmm.
Sooo many people think they know sooo much about someone just by being around them a few times over their entire lifetime but let me tell you right now... things are never what they seem. So here are some things you may...or may not know about yours truly.
I was born on November 11, 1987 in Montana. And no, the cows don't out number people there. Just so you know.
I'm 19 years old but I really wish I could have stayed 18 forever because it was probably the funnest year of my life.
My brother is my bestest friend in the whole wide world and I am so blessed to have him as both a brother and a best friend.
I love my life to the max and even though some things didn't work out the way I hoped it would. It's the best.
I'm stubborn. Really really stubborn. And I find myself having to learn a lot of things the hard way simply because I want to figure things out myself.
I love BAKED Lays (Sour Cream and Onion). Strawberry Pop-Tarts. and Vitamin Water.
I love to write. I journal when things become real to me in my life so the stuff in my journal is my heart on paper and not just venting - I have best friends for that.
My parents are my biggest fan and have supported me through every choice I have made for my life.
I love middle names and pens.
Music is my escape from reality .. but the more I listen to songs the more I realize, they are describing my life.
I took the advice of the person that told me I could be anything I wanted to be.
I drink pickle juice. Like it's water. I love it.
If I could have any job ever I would race Nascar simply because I love to go fast and fast...is never fast enough.
I have the bestest friends in the entire world and I brag about them all the time. They are gonna change the world.
Most of the time you will find me laughing because someone got hurt.
I don't believe in love at first sight and I'm still making up my mind on the whole love part.
I don't want to get married.
Sometimes I make bad choices and act before I think things through.
My biggest pet peeves are... air guitar and people wearing sweats outside of the house (ex. to public places such as Wal-Mart.).
I like to shock people.
I don't like to be doubted--ever. so there is a good chance I will do everything in my power to prove people wrong if that happens.
In my life...it's all about the adrenaline rush and that sometimes scares most people around me.
Sunglasses are the best thing since sliced bread.
I don't go anywhere without my cell phone but I rarely answer it when people call.
I trust people with everything until they give me a reason not to.
College life has treated me great and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
I love Applebees and Plaza Jaliscos.
Some people call me a dreamer but I don't mind.
I want to move to Scotland and that will probably be the last anyone sees me.
Sometimes I have to force a smile even when things are really not ok.
I have a lot of 'favorite people' in my life.
I'd really prefer it if no one touched me but depending on who you are .. you'll get a hug.
The best advice I've ever been given came from my brother he said...
**Nothing lasts forever..
**So live it up..
**Laugh it off..
**Avoid the stupid stuff..
**Take chances..
**And never have regrets..
**Because at one point --everything-- you did was [exactly] what you wanted.
My biggest fear is having my heart broken so I don't really risk it too much.
My second biggest fear is failure.
Well for the most part... this is me.
And my first blog =].
Hope you enjoyed it.
You are amazing.
